In an effort to encourage people to adopt, it’s our goal to make our adoption fee as affordable as possible. After comparing our adoption fee to those of other rescues, we feel that our fee is reasonable, fair and competitive. Below is the current fee:
We ask for a minimum of $150 adoption fee, but you are welcome to donate any amount over that to go to our general fund. Any amount over $150 is tax deductible.

MABBR is joining the Kansas City Pet Project for an adoption event on Saturday, September 29, 2012 from 11 am to 3 pm. Other rescue groups will be there too. Where can you see all these dogs in one place? Right here – Westlake Hardware at the corner of Westport Road and Southwest Trafficway.
