Little Addison is one of the 11 dogs we brough back from Newkirk, Ok.

Addison is a great little girl. She's nearly doubled in size since in the month we've had her and she is quickly outgrowing her collar and the pet bed which she absolutely adores. I bought her an extra little cushion to sit on the hearth of the fireplace and Addy curls up on it and relaxes for hours. Sometimes I have to move her because I think she is getting to warm. I will see her panting, but still, she sees no reason to move; she must be trying to make up for all the days she had to spend in the cold when she was left in the bitter cold on that farm in Oklahoma.

Addy is one of my ten year old son's best friends. She sleeps in bed with him every night and he spoils her with treats and a lot of hugs which she loves. The two of them watch TV together and you will often see her following him around the house. When Addison isn't with my son then you're likely to see her close to one of her four legged foster brothers, Jack and Tommy (both MABBR alumni). The boys play rough and most of the time Addy sits on the side and takes it all in. Every once in a while you'll see her try to get in on the action, but this girl would much rather relax by the fireplace.

Addy is growing more and more each day and we couldn't be happier with the way she's progressed. She's nearly housebroken and doesn't chew things like most puppies her age. She does have the cutest underbite and her ears aren't sure where their suppose to sit yet so it's not uncoomom for one ear to be sticking straight up in the air while the other is laying flat against her head- adorable! We've signed up for obedience training so it won't be too long before this girl is showing her foster brothers some tricks.
