What a handsome fellow!! Thanks to our generous supporters helping us exceed our fundraising goal, we were able to rescue this boy off of deathrow from the shelter.
Hugo was found as a stray and has obviously been a “yard dog”. His coat is in bad condition and his poor ears are eaten raw by fly bites. He also has a bad case of entropian and will be having surgery to correct this in the next couple of weeks.
This guy is the true definition of “Gentle Giant”. He is a big baby really and wants so badly just to be around people who love him. He is very laid back and well mannered. We don’t understand how someone could have neglected him so….He’s very special and deserves the very best life has to offer. We are so glad he’ll be getting that chance.
