Hi, I’m Barbie. My story starts with my mom, who was abandoned in the cold of winter while pregnant.
Thankfully, someone kind stepped in and gave her a safe, loving place. Because of that, I was able to come into the world surrounded by warmth and care.
Most of my littermates have already found their families, but I’m still waiting for mine. I’m growing up in a home where I’m being socialized, learning the basics of house training, and taking my cues from other pets. I’m sweet, affectionate, and enjoy being close to the people around me.
My mom is a shepherd mix, and while my dad is unknown, there may be some pittie in my lineage. What I do know is that I’m a loving, happy puppy who’s ready for a family of my own.
I’m located near Harrison, AR, but transport can be arranged for adopters in or around the Kansas City metro area. I have started my vaccinations and will be spayed before adoption.
My mom’s journey to safety is complete. Now I’m just waiting for someone to see me and say, “You’re home.”
