Meet Biggie Smalls (or just Biggie to his friends)!
Biggie is proof that the best things in life come in cozy packages. His perfect day includes a few happy zoomies, a long nap on the couch, and finding the sunniest spot in the yard to stretch out and relax.
This sweet boy is kennel trained, house trained, and an absolute gentleman in the home. He’s never chewed on anything he shouldn’t, takes treats with the gentlest mouth, and walks beautifully on a leash. He’s food motivated, already knows “sit,” and is eager to keep learning as his confidence continues to grow.
Biggie’s journey has been all about finding his courage after spending his entire life outdoors in part of a neglected hoarding case, and he has come so far. He wants nothing more than to be loved, he can just be a little nervous at first. Once he realizes he’s safe, his sweet personality really shines. Watching him become braver has been incredibly rewarding, and he’s ready for a family who will continue cheering him on.
If your home already has a dog, Biggie would be thrilled. He absolutely loves other dogs and has a wonderful ability to match their play style. Whether it’s a playful wrestling session or simply lounging together, he’s happy to go with the flow.
Biggie also enjoys joining his people for outings, especially trips to the brewery down the street, where he’s happy to relax by your side. He’s learning that car rides aren’t so scary after all and continues to do well every time he hops in.
Biggie hasn’t spent much time around children, so a home with older, respectful kids or adults may be the best fit while he continues building confidence. He has not yet been cat tested.
