She’s as feisty as she is adorable.  This 4 month old sweetheart was left at the shelter during the night by her owner.  Through social media, we stumbled across Piper and after reading the posts about how she ended up at the shelter, we decided she needed to be out of that town and safe in Kansas City with us.  We were pretty sure her owner wasn’t going to come back for her but we weren’t taking any chances.

Piper is all puppy and doesn’t seem to be affected by what happened to her.  She’s got a ton of energy and gets along well with her foster brothers and sister.  They’re patiently showing her the ropes as she learns how to fit into the pack.  We’ve never seen a pit bull marked quite like her.  Her golden eyes and brown spots give her a very unique look.

Piper is a healthy, happy delightful little character just waiting to light up your life.

From her foster mom:  Piper is HUGE on cuddling.  She doesn’t show any signs of dominance and can play with young and old (grouchy) dogs.  Potty training is going well since she’s very treat and attention motivated.
