Otis, the perfect sidekick for you and your family!
Otis is a sweet, snuggly 3-year-old male looking for a family. This adorable guy is down to sleep in until noon or go on a morning trail walk with you. He is kennel trained and rests quietly during part of the day, he is also trained to sleep in his kennel at night. Otis plays very well with his 2 female housemates and 1 male housemate. A DNA test revealed that Otis is 87.5 American Staffordshire Terrier and 12.5% Bulldog (standard)
The reason he is currently looking for a new family is because his second male housemate and him can’t seem to figure out who is going to be king of the pack. In saying that, he can be choosy of who his friends are, but Otis is only being rehomed over the other male because Otis is the better boy of the two and has more of a chance at fitting into a new home rather than his more challenging brother.
His foster home currently includes living with a 1.5 year old little girl who he absolutely adores! The picture in your head of a little girl dressing her pal with princess crowns and boas is exactly their relationship, it’s ridiculous. Cats are not recommended for this guy due to his observed prey drive. He is also VERY food motivated and intelligent so he is ready for any new tricks or training adventures you have in mind!
