Handsome, bodacious, affectionate, fun-loving Raleigh! He’s about 2yo, 60+lbs and full of wiggles and good vibes. Hard to believe this guy was slated for euthanasia but with the help of some great people, he made his way to us just in time.
Raleigh enjoys his dog friends, but loves love loves himself some people. Eager to connect, curious and happy – all the good things we want in a dog is in this boy. We’re not sure about cats but it’s a possibility.
From his foster dad:
Raleigh has been with me for 10 months and has shared the home with Stella for the last 2 months. His eagerness to connect with people and dogs that we encounter on walks is evident from his full body wiggles. He is housebroken and fairly independent at home, although he is showing more interest in cuddling and receiving affection since Stella’s arrival. He does very well with everyone we encounter walking, I have yet to see any indication of dog aggression or dominance from him. The only challenge with him is that his enthusiasm and excitement can get the better of his manners and social skills. He and Stella wrestle around every day, but he does need some periodic reminders from Stella and myself to keep him from getting carried away.
