Hiccup, well that’s a funny name for a dog right?! Well this hunk is an absolute cartoon in a dog body so it’s very fitting. Hiccup was abandoned with a female pitbull in an outdoor kennel when his owners just left them. This was in over 100 degree weather without any shelter or shade and no food and water. Some wonderful local people worked together to save them and the neighbor agreed to hold him for awhile to get them out of the filth and heat. Hiccup is about 3 years old and 55lbs of a smiley low rider. He is the happiest dog you will meet and he loves all people. He has been great with all dogs he has met and has a goofy, floppy play style. Hiccup cat tested well and is medium to low energy. His foster said he is kenneling well and he is very treat driven. He has had no accidents in the house and he walks awesome on a leash literally no pulling what-so-ever even when a rabbit ran in front of them. Hiccup LOVES couch cuddles and looks to his human foster parents when something new comes at him. They said he’s just a big lovable teddy bear. Hiccup is SUPER intelligent as well. He watched his canine foster sister one time to figure out how to get up on the bed. He is learning ‘lay down’ and he is getting it fairly quickly. This handsome guy would be a great addition to any home.
