Bowie was rescued from a local shelter after his owner surrendered him. We don’t know why someone would give up a dog as stellar as this one. He’s a big lover and a friend to other dogs and cats. He lives in a foster with small children, two dogs and two cats so he’s getting the whole gamut of how to be the best dog ever. Bowie is a mellow guy who likes to sit at your feet and soak up all the attention he can. And he is definitely a real head turner. He’s built like a you-know-what with a heart as beautiful as he is.
