Franny was abandoned by her owner, chained in a yard with no food, water or shelter. We were contacted by a concerned neighbor and once we saw the conditions she was living in, we knew we had to take her. She showed how grateful she was with all the wags and kisses her little body could give.
Franny loves her doggy friends and is a fast learner. She doesn’t hold a grudge and adores her people despite her rocky start in life. There’s no more puppies or heartworms in this girl’s future. This tiny little girl will surely dance her way into someone’s heart.
