Jersey came to us along with her 10 brother’s and sisters after being abandoned in a local shelter. Jersey is deaf but that doesn’t deter her from being a perfectly normal girl. Her foster home has worked with her extensively and communicates with her through hand signals. She is about 7 years old.
Jersey is a really great girl who has grown up in her foster home alongside her brother Jackson. She is very smart and eager to please.
