Interests : “I’m pretty athletic and love to play fetch (I’m told I’d make a good Frisbee dog) but my real interest is FOOD! I’ll do ANYTHING for a piece of kibble or treat!”
Pet Peeves: I’m super grateful for my ‘heroes’ at the vet clinic that have been caring for me, but I get bored hanging out in my cage. Don’t get me wrong, I like hanging out with all the dogs and cats, I’d just like a home to call my very own.
Update: After several weeks in boarding at a generous vet clinic, Kazi is finally in a foster home!

My Story:
KK’s (we’re guessing that’s short for Kamikaze) story is a bit sorted. From what we can piece together, it appears that KK’s previous owner took good care of him, so we are guessing that they got a little too freaked out about all the BSL around the metro and left him at a vet clinic.
KK arrived well-cared for, neutered and sporting good manners. He is very responsive and knows ‘sit’, ‘stay’ and ‘come’. We know he’ll be very trainable and will learn lots of cool tricks because he is extremely food motivated. He’s also great on a leash!
This hunky lug is a true love. He adores people and isn’t phased one bit by all the barking (crazy!) dogs that try to get him riled up. He even kicks it w/ the office cat! While KK is mostly calm, he can get excited and momentarily lose his manners (“I just like to jump, wiggle and give people lots of love! I think that’s why I’m called Kamikaze!”), but with more time out of the crate and some good exercise, we’re pretty certain those moments will be few and far between.
KK is currently at a vet clinic in urgent need of a foster home or, better yet, a good forever home. Ask us about Kazi today! He’s patiently awaiting his new ‘heroes’!
