Fritz is our newest addition. He came from a bust conducted by a national agency and then spent a year in a boarding facility waiting to be released to rescue. The people who cared for him during that time worked with him but he was still unsure of himself. Once he went into his foster home, he blossomed immediately. He fit right in with the resident dogs and is learning there’s a whole new world out there beyond the end of a chain.
