In a foster home
Housebroken and crate trained
Good with kids
Good with dogs and cats
This most delightful and mature dog was brought into our program after we received an email that he was in a kill shelter. The staff there fell in love with him, letting us know how incredible he is, and so he was saved. He is currently in a foster home, and we are told is the easiest house guest! He loves all people and all dogs, is mellow and a lovely companion. He would fit in just about any household.
Here is a note from Gunnar’s foster mom: Gunnar is doing great in his new foster home! He is such an affectionate and social guy. He loves being around people and is always looking to be as close to you as possible. His favorite thing to do is to lay on his back to have his belly rubbed. He enjoys being with his other two foster siblings and gets along well with them. For an older guy, don’t let that fool you, he is still active and enjoys playing with toys and sun bathing in the warm weather! He does great in his kennel and is potty trained. He listens so well and is overall just an easy going guy. He would be a great addition to any family!
